Competition Terms & Conditions

By entering the "Golden Wrench Scavenger Hunt" competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. This competition is organized and run by Plumbizarre, based in South Africa.

Eligibility: The competition is open to permanent residents and citizens of South Africa aged 18 years or older. Employees of Plumbizarre, their immediate family members, or anyone professionally connected to the competition are excluded from entering.

How to Enter: Participants must visit www.plumbizarre.co.za and locate the "Golden Wrench" icon hidden within a product image. Once found, participants must take a screenshot of the icon on the product page. The screenshot must be sent via Direct Message (DM) to our official Facebook or Instagram page. Entry is limited to one (1) per person.

The Prize: The prize is one (1) Plumbizarre Store Voucher, valued at R1000.00. The voucher is valid for use only at Plumbizarre. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other products.

Competition Period: The competition opens on 15/04/2026 and closes on 30/04/2026 at 23:59. Any entries received after the closing time will not be considered.

Winner Selection & Notification: One (1) winner will be selected via a random draw from all correct entries received via DM. The winner will be announced on our social media platforms on 02/05/2026.The winner will be contacted directly via Direct Message. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, a runner-up may be selected.

General Conditions: Plumbizarre reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation.

Scam Alert: Plumbizarre will never ask for your credit card details, banking information, or payment to claim a prize. All communication will come from our official verified accounts.

Privacy: Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with current South African data protection legislation (POPIA) and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
